He knows his stuff and is fantastically fast in dealing with your laptop/pc problems. In under 20 hours of contacting him my laptop was fixed and back to me. He is reliable fast and efficient. My Macbook broke down on Friday night. I urgently needed it repaired. Paul at Databugs promptly rang me back on Saturday morning and took care of my Mac the same day. Paul was very helpful and worked until late Saturday afternoon to assure I had the Macbook back up and going. Very impressive!

I'm just thrilled to have found such a helpful and knowledgeable technician as "Doctor" Paul. He even makes house calls if there's no other way! Fantastic. Fast, friendly, efficient, honest and reasonable. You can't ask for more.

I rang Paul after reading all the reviews and going to the apple store for a diagnosis and a delayed solution. I was desperate to have my mac back up and running. I rang Paul on a Saturday, he ordered a new hard drive for Monday and in 24 hours the job was done. I must say I am impressed. The apple store offered me a 250 GB hard drive, Paul suggested a 500 GB for an extra 20 pounds. I got an upgrade in addition to a repair. In a nutshell, friendly, efficient and very professional.

Paul is really clever, he fixed my ibook.

Paul did an excellent job of resurrecting my laptop when it suddenly died an unexpected death. He managed to rebuild the system, transferred all the data and charged a very reasonable fee. I would recommend Databugs to anyone who experiences any PC/Mac problems and is looking for a swift, efficient and friendly service.

So I have quite an old iMac and the screen went dead. I went through Apple troubleshooting and it said logic board needed replaced. I emailed six Mac repair businesses in London. They all said if it was the logic board then then it would be as expensive to fix it as replace it, somewhere in region of £300 to £600. Only Paul at Databugs held out the possibility it could be fixed - and, with very friendly service and free diagnostics, he did so for a £100. Databugs is awesome. Fact.

Paul is an excellent pc repairer. He is incredibly helpful, creative and kind. He has rescued my pc from a number of viruses, fixed the sound jack when I believed it to be totally gone and also repaired my hard-drive. He also had a go at my Ipod, finding a microscopic part for it when any other shop would have tossed it in the bin, laughed at me and forced me to re mortgage my house just to buy a new one. A fast, reliable and dedicated worker. Prices are good and he has a great taste in movies.
